Our return policy lasts 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that we apply a $9.95 return fee, but you won't have to pay anything extra: this fee will be deducted directly from your refund!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need you to notify us by email at email@example.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order number, the item numbers that are being returned, as well as your name, your email address and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, which you will simply have to put on your carefully packed package, and deposit at a location of the shipping provider.
There are certain situations where refunds are not possible:
• Any item not in its original condition or item that is damaged for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any item bought on sale
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit of the amount of your returned items - minus the $9.95 return fee - will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
At this time, we don’t have a direct exchange process in place. If you feel you need to swap the item for another, you can simply request a return on the item you wish to change to get a full refund and place a new order, or just contact us and we'll be happy to help.
