PRINTING

Each museum-quality Giclee Fine Art Print is printed and framed locally here in Canada on premium archival matte, artist-grade, acid-free 230gsm photo paper using archival inks. All our artworks are made-to-order specifically for you right here in Ottawa, ON.

FRAMING

Fine art prints should be protected and displayed in gallery quality perfection which is why all of our frames are made by hand in Ottawa, Ontario. We think these frame colors and matte options look best, but if you’d like something different we can accommodate all custom orders. Just head over to our “Custom Prints” page or contact us for even more options. *The displayed frames are digital mockups of physical products and may look slightly different upon arrival.

PRINT SIZING

Print sizing refers to unframed, artwork only orders. All of our framed prints include a 2” mat board around the image for a “gallery display” look and feel. If you choose “Print Only” we include a 1 inch paper border so you can choose how to trim and frame the piece yourself.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Due to extremely high demand each piece can take between 2 to 3 weeks to print, mount, frame and ship. You'll receive a tracking number from us as soon as it's in the mail so you can keep an eye on things. Each piece is printed and framed just for you and to your specifications. That means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.

If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition please let us know and we will repair or replace the piece!

Ryan Richardson

Ryan Richardson moved from Ottawa, Ontario in search of adventure when he was 19 years old. Driving through Alberta and into the Rockies for the first time, the beauty of the mountains struck him. The scale and the awesomeness was over-whelming. He felt so small among mountains so big.

He bought a camera to try and capture that feeling. He wanted to share it with his friends and family back home, through the images he captured. It was Alberta where the travel bug first bit him. Then Iceland, Yukon, Northern Norway, New Zealand. Capturing mountain lifestyle around the world fascinates Ryan more than anything else.

He lives in Calgary, Alberta today where he visits the Rockies often. He says that his friends joke that it must be nice escaping to the mountains and unplugging from "the real world". He's convinced it's the other way around. Being in the mountains is the most real he's ever felt.

Whether she's capturing the breathtaking sunrises of the Southwest or the rugged beauty of the Mojave, Hailey's photos are a window into the world's most beautiful and captivating places.
